Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 28 July 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules that apply to your use of SHUBECCHA's Services. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the Services to send unsolicited bulk messages to recipients who have not consented to receive them, distribute unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent content, impersonate any person or entity, or violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

2. Compliance with messaging channel policies

You must comply with the acceptable use and commerce policies of the messaging channels accessed through SHUBECCHA, including WhatsApp Business, SMS regulatory frameworks (such as TRAI regulations in India), and email anti-spam requirements. Repeated violations that risk channel suspension may result in immediate suspension of your access.

3. Data protection obligations

If you upload or process customer data through the Services, you represent that you have obtained all necessary consents and have a lawful basis to collect, store, and communicate with that data, and that you will handle such data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

4. Security

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, probe or scan for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the normal operation of the Services or other users' accounts.

5. Fair use of communication credits

Communication credits and wallet balances are intended for genuine business communication with your own customers. Reselling access to messaging channels without authorization, or using the Services to send communication on behalf of unrelated third parties, is prohibited unless covered by a separate agreement (such as our White Label program).

6. Reporting violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it through our Contact page. We investigate reports and take appropriate action, which may include warning, suspension, or termination of the responsible account.

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and to take any action we deem appropriate, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

This document is provided as a general template for SHUBECCHA's Services and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before being relied upon as your organization's official policy.
